• VPS / VDS hosting
• Domain registration and management
• Reseller hosting solutions
• Cloud infrastructure and related professional services
All services are delivered as-is, subject to availability and technical feasibility.

3. Account & Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information.
• VPSlix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be using false or misleading details.

4. Billing & Paymentsf
• All payments are processed through secure gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or Crypto (depending on region and availability).
• Services are billed in advance.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your service.
• All prices are subject to change, but clients will be notified in advance.

5. Refund Policy
• New customers are eligible for a 3-day refund on VPS plans only, provided that no abuse, spam, or violation of this Agreement occurred.
• Domain registrations, licenses, and add-ons are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use our services for:
• Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
• Hosting or distributing illegal content.
• Cryptocurrency mining, botnets, or DDoS attacks.
• Any action that may harm other clients or the network.
VPSlix reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any service that violates our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

7. Data & Security
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
• VPSlix implements enterprise-grade security, but we are not liable for data loss caused by client-side actions or third-party attacks.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all active hosting services.
• Scheduled maintenance or emergency updates may result in short downtime, which does not breach this SLA.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VPSlix or MAXIAFFIL LLC be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data loss or profit loss resulting from service interruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service within the last 30 days.

10. Termination
• You may cancel your service anytime via your client area.
• VPSlix may terminate services for violation of these terms or abuse.
• Suspended accounts may be deleted after 7 days of non-payment.

VPSlix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
