At VPSLIX, operated by MAXIAFFIL LLC, we strive to provide high-quality cloud infrastructure. Because our services involve the allocation of real-time resources, we have a specific policy regarding refunds.

1. 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for new customers on their first VPS or VDS order. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of service activation.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Names: Once registered, domains cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Software Licenses: (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, Windows Licenses).

  • Add-ons: (Additional IP addresses, backup storage, or managed service fees).

  • Crypto Payments: Due to market volatility and transaction fees, payments made via Cryptocurrency are non-refundable.

3. Grounds for Refund Denial

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) (e.g., Spamming, Port 25 abuse, DDoS attacks, or Hosting illegal content).

  • You have already used the 48-hour guarantee once before.

  • The request is made after the 48-hour window.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact support@vpslix.com before opening a dispute with their bank. Opening a chargeback will result in the immediate permanent suspension of all services and the reporting of the account to fraud prevention databases.
